RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At BYMY, every product is made especially for you once your order is placed.
Because our products are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color or item was ordered, or if you simply changed your mind.
Please make sure to check the product details and size information carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective or with a manufacturing error, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. If the issue is approved, we will offer a free replacement or refund.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM?
In most cases, you do not need to return a damaged or defective item. Clear photos of the issue are required so we can review the case properly.
WRONG SIZE OR COLOR
We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the wrong size, color or product was ordered by the customer.
Please check the size guide and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or unclaimed package, additional costs may apply for a replacement shipment.
PRINT PLACEMENT
For direct-to-garment printed products, small variations in print placement may occur. Minor placement differences are not considered defects.
